Lloyd Properties paid $5.5 million to the Kupferman family for two walkups in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, that have a total of 16 units, in two transactions.

In the first, Lloyd Properties through the entity 112 Fort Greene LLC paid $2.9 million to the Kupferman family through the entity Alexus Associates, LLC for the eight-unit residential walkup building (C5) at 112 Fort Greene Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The expected use is cash flowing.
The deal closed on August 26, 2025 and was recorded on September 8, 2025. The property has 3,500 square feet of built space and 743 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,250 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $828 and the price per buildable square foot is $682 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on August 1, 2007, for $1.1 million.

In the second, Lloyd Properties through the entity 104 Fort Greene LLC paid $2.6 million to Kupferman Family through the entity 104 Greene Rck Associates LLC for the eight-unit residential walkup building (C5) at 104 Fort Greene Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The expected use is cash flowing.
The deal closed on August 26, 2025 and was recorded on September 8, 2025. The property has 3,440 square feet of built space and 860 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,300 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $755 and the price per buildable square foot is $604 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on June 22, 2017, for $2.5 million. The signatory for Kupferman Family was Neil Kupferman . The signatory for Lloyd Properties was David Lloyd . The contract date was March 13, 2025.
