L&L Holding Company files plans for $19M build-out at 425 Park in Plaza District

L&L Holding Company, on June 4, filed two permit applications totaling $19.3 million for work on four floors of an office building under construction at 425 Park Avenue in Plaza District.

The plans call for work on floors seven through nine and floor 40 in the 892-foot tall, 47-story, building.

The first project is described in the filings as: general construction on seventh thru ninth floor construction (12,14,15 floor marketing) as plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $15,181,240.

The second project is described in the filings as: general construction on the 40th floor construction (46th floor marketing) as plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,101,231.

L&L has been engaged in build-out at 425 Park recently. On June 1 the firm filed two applications totaling $72.1 million for construction on multiple floors of the building.
