Linzhong Zhuo pays $24M to Amy Khoudari representing the Silver family for development site in Flushing

Linzhong Zhuo through the entity 4201 Main St LLC paid Amy Khoudari representing the Silver family’s Maple Main Associates LLC $23.7 million for 136-18 Maple Avenue in Flushing. The deal closed on February 19, 2020, and was recorded on March 6, 2020.

Developer Vicki Zhi filed plans in January to construct a 68-unit building. . The Silver family has owned the parcel since before 1968, when the estate of Stanley Silver transferred ownership to Gloria Silver, Khoudari’s mother. Gloria Silver died in 2006. Following the development of the building, the property will be divided into condominium units, including one for a parking and loading area. Khoudari has agreed to purchase that parking area once the project is completed.

Over the past five years, there have been 2 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There were 2 renovation/alteration projects (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $63,120.
