Lin Qiong Fan through the entity 145-17 Willets Point Development LLC paid $4.4 million to Temple Gates of Prayer Congregation Shaarai Tefilla for the development site at 145-17 Willets Point Boulevard in Whitestone, Queens. The expected use is ground up development.
The deal closed on April 21, 2026 and was recorded on May 12, 2026. The property has zero square feet of built space on a 18,910 square foot parcel, according to a PincusCo analysis of city data.
The seller bought the property on December 16, 2019, for $5.3 million. The signatory for Temple Gates of Prayer Congregation Shaarai Tefilla was Barry Grodenchik. The signatory for Lin Qiong Fan was Lin Qiong Fan. The contract date was December 9, 2024.
