Liberty One Group pays $7M to Joel Weber for commercial property in Sunset Park

Liberty One Group through the entity 5113 Development LLC paid Joel Weber’s 5113 Second Owner, LLC $7 million to purchase the owner entity of 5113 2nd Avenue in Sunset Park. The deal closed on August 14, 2020, and was recorded on August 21, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class semi-fireproof manufacturing building (F4). The property is 16,050 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 16,050 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $436.

David Levitan was the signatory for Liberty One Group. The property was listed for sale on LoopNet. The last time the property sold was April 27, 2018, for $5 million. Liberty One refinanced a Washington Heights building in November 2019, and in July 2020 the company was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for homeless shelter in Parkchester.
