Lenox Hill co-op sells for $11.8M

Anne K. Small acquired an interest from Graciela Dauhajre and Munir Dauhajre valued at $11.8 million for unit 11A at the 62-unit co-op (SP) at 30 East 71st Street in Lenox Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 30, 2021 and was recorded on July 20, 2021.

Of those 11 items, four were for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. They were one permit applications with a total initial cost of $330,875.0, one permit with a total initial cost of $636,207.0 and two initial temporary certificate of occupancy issuances for projects that initially costed $3.4 million. The most recent of these four items was the temporary certificate of occupancy on March 12, 2021 for a 300,150-square-foot R-2 building with 65 residential units at 851 Madison Avenue.
Of those 11 items, five were sales above $5 million totaling $143.7 million. The most recent of the five was Julia Arnhold which bought the 203,490-square-foot, 32-unit co-op (D4) on 720 Park Avenue and one other property for $15.0 million from Scott K. Bessent and John F. Freeman on July 13, 2021.
Of those 11 items, two were loans above $5 million totaling $98.7 million. The most recent of the two was JSRE Acquisitions which borrowed $53.7 million from Banque J. Safra Sarasin (Luxembourg) Sa secured by one condo unit in the 18,877-square-foot, 12-unit mixed-use building (RM) on 28 East 70th Street on December 16, 2020.
