Benny Hakim and Laura B. Hakim acquired an interest from Estate of Arthur W. Collins and Rufus Collins valued at $11.1M for a unit in the 16-unit co-op (D4) at 635 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 12, 2021 and was recorded on July 26, 2021.
