LeNoble Lumber through the entity LeNoble Properties LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Continental Casualty Company valued at $12.4 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 525 West 52nd Street in Clinton. The deal closed on December 19, 2019 and was recorded on December 24, 2019.

The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on December 19, 2012.
