Lee Cohen through the entity DDG Conover Owner, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender S3 Capital valued at $19.3 million for 9 parcels, including the tax class land zoned residential, except not Manhattan below 110th Street (V0) and containing 4 residential units at 191 Conover Street, and others in Red Hook. The deal closed on December 16, 2019 and was recorded on December 26, 2019.
