Lee Brodsky’s BEB Capital through its 1160 Flushing Ave LLC, as tenant, signed a memorandum of lease with landlord B&B Sweater Mills Inc. for 2 parcels, including the tax class semi-fireproof manufacturing building (F4) at 1160 Flushing Avenue, 1162 Flushing Avenue in Bushwick. The memorandum was signed on September 9, 2019 and was recorded on October 16, 2019. The lease runs for three years and gives BEB Capital a purchase option.
The property contains a total of 30,388 square feet of built space. The property has 6,675 square feet of available development rights.
