Lebanese banker pays $4.5M for third parcel on Prince Street, for total of 100 feet of Soho frontage

The Lebanese banker Antoun N. Sehnaoui through the entity 198 Prince St. LLC paid the Estate of Nichols De Lorenzo and the Estate of Josephine Napoletano $4.5 million for 198 Prince Street in Soho. The deal closed on May 29, 2020, and was recorded on June 4, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class primarily four family with store or office (S4) and containing 4 residential units. The property is 4,040 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 5,303 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $849.

Sehnaoui now owns three adjacent parcels with 100 linear feet on Prince Street. This sale went into contract on May 14, 2020, per city records. Sehnaoui bought 196 Prince Street for $8 million in September 2019.  He paid $19 million to purchase the adjacent property to that, 190 Prince Street, in December 2018.
