Lazer Derbarmdiger through the entity Ld221 LLC paid $6.3 million to Huarong Zheng through the entity M-Dl Realty, Inc. for the 14-unit residential elevator building (D1) at 221 Middleton Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 11, 2022 and was recorded on August 18, 2022. The property has 14,902 square feet of built space and 100 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 15,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $422 and the price per buildable square foot is $420 per the PincusCo analysis.
