KIPP NYC signs $121.4M construction loan with Zions Bank in Mt Eden

KIPP NYC through the entity Macombs 1504, LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Zions Bank through the entity Zions Bancorporation valued at $121.4 million for two industrials including the industrial (E9) at 1504 Macombs Road in Mt Eden, Bronx and industrial (G9) at 1518-1530 Macombs Road in Mt Eden, Bronx.
The deal closed on August 1, 2021 and was recorded on September 14, 2021.

(210182210) Plans for a 78,450 square-foot E were filed on November 10, 2020.

The day before, another construction loan was recorded with KIPP NYC borrowing from Zions a loan of $101.9 million.
The signatory for KIPP NYC was Alicia Johnson.

Within a 400-foot radius of 1504 Macombs Road, PincusCo identified one commercial real estate item of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
It was a sale which KIPP NYC bought the 24,000-square-foot, three-unit industrial (G9) on 1518 Macombs Road for $10.8 million from Aranit Ahmetaj on July 21, 2020.
