In the larger, Boyden submitted a new building construction project for a 45-unit, 43,380-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 625 New York Avenue in East Flatbush. The plan was filed on September 16, 2022. It calls for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, seven-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B08003504. The architect is Palette Architecture, Llc. The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story residential building with 45 dwelling units. The building includes full cellar and rooftop structures.

The architect is Palette Architecture, LLC. The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story mixed use-building with 10 dwelling units and community facility. The building includes full cellar and rooftop structures. Each unit will be a duplex.
