Katarzyna Kowalski through the entity 163 India LLC paid $2.4 million to the estate of Carmen Torres for the five-unit residential walkup building (C2) at 163 India Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on July 18, 2023 and was recorded on August 14, 2023. The property has 3,525 square feet of built space and 1,474 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,998 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $680 and the price per buildable square foot is $480 per the PincusCo analysis.
