Noam Shemel’s Kano Real Estate Investors through the entity Spring 56 Realty LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Israel Discount Bank of New York valued at $31 million for 5 parcels, including the tax class primarily three family with store or office (S3) and containing 29 residential units at 243 Bleecker Street, 56 Spring Street, 233 1st Avenue, 819 Sixth Avenue, 500 Hudson Street in West Village. The deal closed on December 30, 2019 and was recorded on February 21, 2020.
The property has 20,425 square feet of available development rights.
