Junehyung Kil through the entity Seodangmal Inc paid $11.3 million to Silvester C. Mazzilli and Frank Mazzilli through the entity Auburndale Properties, Inc. for retail building (K2) at 193-20 Northern Boulevard and the office building (O5) at 193-02 Northern Boulevard in Auberndale, Queens.
The deal closed on February 3, 2023 and was recorded on February 16, 2023. The two properties have 19,549 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $576 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
