JTRE Holdings pays $19M to New York County Lawyers Association for office building in Tribeca

Jack Terzi’s JTRE Holdings, through the entity JTRE 14 Vesey LLC paid $19 million to New York County Lawyers Association for the office building (O7) at 14 Vesey Street in Tribeca, Manhattan.

The deal closed on April 22, 2021 and was recorded on May 7, 2021.

Terzi has been active downtown. In November 2020, after a protracted struggle, he recorded a net lease for property at 23 Wall Street valued at $70 million.

The property has 30,000 square feet of built space PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $633 per the PincusCo analysis.

The signatory for New York County Lawyers Association was Vince Chang. The signatory for JTRE Holdings was Jack Terzi. Jack Terzi is the founder of JTRE Holdings.

Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000.
