Joseph Pistilli pays $13M to Janna Rossetti for multifamily property in Crown Heights

Joseph Pistilli through the entity 925 Prospect Place LLC paid Janna Rossetti’s Prospect Palace LLC $12.7 million for 925 Prospect Place in Crown Heights. The deal closed on February 11, 2020, and was recorded on February 20, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 82 residential units. The property is 86,804 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 86,804 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $155,183.
This is the second purchase Pistilli made from Rossetti. In the first, Pistilli, through the entity 2815 Beverly Road LLC, paid Janna Rossetti’s Beverly Realty Associates LLC $8.5 million for 2815 Beverley Road in Flatbush. The deal closed on February 11, 2020, and was recorded on February 18, 2020.
