Joseph Grubner through the entity 135 W 225 LLC paid $14.7 million to Rosedale Management through the entity Hilmark Realty LLC for 82-unit rental (D1) at 135 West 225th Street in Marble Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 28, 2021 and was recorded on August 12, 2021.
The property has 83,290 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 50,726 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $175 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on 28-Jul-21, for $14.7 million.
