Joseph Briody through the entity 2371 Exterior LLC paid Nardi family’s Nardi, Joseph $2.925 million for 1480 and 1488 Blondell Avenue in Bronx. The deal, in two transactions, closed on April 27, 2020, and was recorded on May 13, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class licensed parking lot (G6) and 1-2 family home.
