Joseph Banda through the entity 420 Metro LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender The Bank Of Princeton valued at $16.8 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class bank building with or without parking (K7) at 416 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg. The deal closed on August 25, 2020 and was recorded on September 10, 2020.

Banda bought the parcel out of bankruptcy and financed it with the Bank of Princeton loan.

Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There has been one demolition project filed for the parcels over the past five years.
