Joseph Ausch through the entity 2203 Clarendon Rd LLC paid $8.2 million to Vladislav Marom through the entity 2203 LLC for 23-unit residential elevator building at 2203 Clarendon Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 7, 2022 and was recorded on April 25, 2022.

The property has 22,025 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $374 per the PincusCo analysis.
