Joon Park, Joonoh Park pay $7M to Mark Garrison for mixed-use building in Lenox Hill

Joon S. Park and Joonoh Park, through the entity 108east60st. LLC paid $7 million to Mark Garrison through the entity Emily Doris LLC for mixed-use building (K2) at 108 East 60th Street in Lenox Hill, Manhattan.

The deal closed on April 28, 2021 and was recorded on May 5, 2021.

The property has 6,554 square feet of built space and 13,533 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 20,080 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,074 and the price per buildable square foot is $350 per the PincusCo analysis.

The signatory for Mark Garrison was Mark Garrison. The signatory for Joon S. Park and Joonoh Park was Joon S. Park.

One of the projects were to change the building from a RES to a E and change the number of residential units from 0 to 0 and were permitted on April 18, 2003.
