Join PincusCo’s Development Challenge & Chat this April

UPDATE: A&E Real Estate President Maggie McCormick to participate.

Join us April 30.
PincusCo is very pleased to announce our inaugural Development Challenge & Chat featuring top developers including Rockrose’s Justin Elghanayan, Aurora Capital’s Jared Epstein, Heritage Equity’s Toby Moskovits, A&E Real Estate’s Maggie McCormick, Pi Capital’s Jerry Pi, Phipps Houses’ Adam Weinstein, Alder Street Capital’s David Neveloff, Aryeh Realty’s Andrew Aryeh and more.

What is it?
We’ve put together a unique experience that includes one-on-one speed networking, a Development Challenge (more on that below), a development showcase, a networking happy hour and more. Our goal is to facilitate beneficial relationships and keep you engaged throughout the entirety of the event.

When & where is it?
The event will take place Thursday, April 30 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at a Midtown location provided by Zar Property NY. We’ll update you on the venue address very shortly.

Why should I come?
It’s rare to get face time with the most active developers in New York City — and for developers to spend time with each other. During our speed networking session — which will be assigned on a first come, first served basis according to when tickets are purchased — attendees will get 10-minutes of one-on-one time with the featured guests of their choice.

During the Development Challenge, teams of industry experts will be assigned development sites introduced by the site’s listing brokers. Each team will be tasked with coming up with a feasible project for the parcel and at the conclusion of the activity, the audience will vote on which project they believe has the most potential. The idea is for small, curated groups of active developers, architects, brokers and other industry insiders to freely (and off the record!) exchange ideas and share experiences in a fun and productive learning session. Note that participation in the Development Challenge is limited and requires a very brief application so we can balance the teams.
