John Mavroudis through the entity Paskal I, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Signature Bank valued at $9.9 million for 5 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, more than six families with stores (C7) and containing 83 residential units at 386 East 161st Street, 1606 Amsterdam Avenue, 655 East 183rd Street, 509 West 161st Street, 511 West 160th Street in Longwood Melrose. The deal closed on April 16, 2020 and was recorded on April 17, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $119,277.
The debt was increased from $8.4 million.
