John LaRocca through the entity 225 Apple Realty as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Investors Bank valued at $8.3 million for 4 parcels, including the tax class two-family, brick (B1) and containing 8 residential units at 231 Carlton Avenue, 229 Carlton Avenue, 227 Carlton Avenue, 225 Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene. The deal closed on April 27, 2020 and was recorded on May 8, 2020.

The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 2 residential units on February 9, 2015.
