Joel Friedman files plans for 28-unit resi building in Bedford Park

Joel Friedman, on March 16, filed a permit application for construction of a 28-unit, 15,656-square-foot residential building at 219 East 203rd Street in Bedford Park, Bronx.

There have been 14 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00699418. The development site spans one tax lot.
