Joel Braver through the entity Bedford Star LLC paid $23.4 million to Richard A. Kaplin through the entity 97 Prospect LLC for 18-unit rental (D3) at 908 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, 18-unit rental (D3) at 904 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, and 18-unit rental (D3) at 902 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 14, 2021 and was recorded on July 8, 2021.
The three properties have 65,000 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 40,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $359 per the PincusCo analysis.
