The company Carmine Limited paid Jimmy Silber’s 1 Christopher Realty LLC $92.6 million for 1 Christopher Street in West Village. The deal closed on December 18, 2020 and was recorded on December 31, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, fireproof – with stores (D6) and containing 125 residential units. The property is 102,354 square feet.
The sale price per residential unit is $740,800.
The Real Deal reported on the sale last month, giving a sale price of $95 million, and identifying the brokers as Marcus & Millichap’s Peter Von Der Ahe and Joe Koicim. The contract date was December 8, 2020.

The seller’s family has owned the building since it was constructed in the 1930s, The Real Deal reported.
