Jiashu Xu pays $13M for commercial building in Long Island City

United Construction & Development Group’s through the entity 21St Street Development LLC paid Jerry Offenberg’s 46-30 21 St LLC $13 million for 46-30 21st Street in Long Island City. The deal closed on December 28, 2020 and was recorded on January 11, 2021. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class semi-fireproof manufacturing building (F4). The property is 12,500 square feet.

The contract date was November 2, 2020. The brokers were Highcap Group’s Rodney Nassimian and Josh Goldflam.
