Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties through the entity 40 West 34th St. Owner LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Provident Bank through the entity Provident Bank valued at $21.3 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class retail building with apartments above (K4) at 40 West 34th Street in Garment District. The deal closed on March 6, 2020 and was recorded on March 23, 2020.
