JDS Development sells 111 West 57th unit for $11M

Deighn Eliason and Ying Eliason paid $11 million to JDS Development Group through the entity 111 West 57th Property Owner LLC for condo (SC) unit 14SA at 111 West 57th Street in Midtown West, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 29, 2021 and was recorded on June 29, 2021.
The property has 4,064 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,706 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for JDS Development Group was Michael Stern.

This is for Unit 14S. Michael Stern is founder and CEO of JDS Development. 
There was a condominium project filed with the address 111 West 57th Street and the name 111 West 57th Street Condominium on May 12, 2015. The principals of the sponsor, 111 West 57th Property Owner Llc, were Michael Stern, Kevin Maloney, Joshua Crane, and Robert Schwartz. link
Within a 400-foot radius of 111 West 57th Street, PincusCo identified six commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those six items, one was in new building development. It was a new building permit application filed on November 13, 2019 for a 259,201-square-foot B building with no residential unit residential units at 125 West 57th Street.
Of those six items, four were for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. They were one permit applications with a total initial cost of $675,000, one permit with a total initial cost of $6.7 million and two initial temporary certificate of occupancy issuances for projects that initially costed $19.2 million. The most recent of these four items was the temporary certificate of occupancy on March 30, 2021 for a 111,074-square-foot R-1 building with 214 residential units at 101 West 57th Street.
One of those six items was a sale which Alchemy Properties|ABR Investment Partners bought the 191,261-square-foot, two-unit hotel (H3) on 123 West 57th Street for $130.0 million from Calvary Baptist Church on June 25, 2021.
