The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on October 31, 2022 under job number X08028724. It calls for the construction of a 13-story building. The project is described in the filing as: application hereby submitted to construct 13-story mixed-use new building with inclusionary housing as per filed plans. The architect is Dattner Architects.
