Jane Capital through the entity 247 Starr LLC paid $4.1 million to Todor Sfera through the entity 247 Starr Street, Inc for the seven-unit residential walkup building (C7) at 247 Starr Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The expected use is cash flowing.
