Jacob Sofer pays $16M to All Year Management for two parcels in Brooklyn

Jacob Sofer through the entity 10 Independence Center LLC paid All Year Management’s Bedford Development Associates LLC $16 million for 261 Skillman Street and 120 Evergreen Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on November 25, 2020, and was recorded on December 16, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, miscellaneous (D9) and containing 36 residential units. The parcel(s) have total built space of 79,303 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $443,889.

The contract date was July 28, 2020. The last time the property sold was April 3, 2008 for $4,100,000.

Over the past five years, there have been 7 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for at least one of these parcels valued at more than $20,000. Of those there was one major renovation application including a certificate of occupancy change (A1) filed with a total estimated value of $3,000.
