The sale price per built square foot is $507 and the price per buildable square foot is $162 per the PincusCo analysis. The signatories for the sellers were Nicholas Giannopoulos, Vadilios Giannopoulos, and Steven Giannopoulos. The signatory for Jack Israel was Jack Israel. The contract date was February 16, 2023.
