The deal closed on June 9, 2021 and was recorded on June 23, 2021.
The property has 64,614 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 15,875 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $124 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 18-Feb-20, for $8.2 million.
