Isaac Schwartz signs $26M refi loan with Greystone & Co. for rental in Williamsburg

Isaac Schwartz through the entity Roebling Park LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Greystone & Co. through the entity Greystone Servicing Company LLC valued at $26 million for the 53-unit rental (D1) at 55 Roebling Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on September 30, 2021 and was recorded on October 12, 2021.
The property has 60,755 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $428 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on May 12, 2006, for $9.0 million.
The signatory for Isaac Schwartz was Yitzchok Schwartz. The signatory for Greystone & Co. was Dion Coleman.
(302237988) Plans for a 54-unit, J-2 were filed on October 24, 2006 and were permitted on March 13, 2007.
The loan was immediately assigned to Fannie Mae.
