Ioannis Likidis through the entity 47 Vernon LLC paid $3.8 million to Andrew Anzalone through the entity 47-27 Vernon Blvd LLC for the eight-unit residential walkup building (C7) at 47-27 Vernon Blvd in Long Island City, Queens. The expected use is cash flowing.
