Infinity Real Estate and Nightingale Properties through the entity Ire-Ng 1715 E. 13th LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Amerant Bank valued at $49.0 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1) at 1712 East 14th Street in Sheepshead Bay. The deal closed on August 30, 2019 and was recorded on September 12, 2019.
