Indigo Developers submitted a new building construction project for a 69-unit, 6,088-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 201 East 198th Street in Bedford Park, Bronx. The plan was filed on May 14, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 123-foot-tall, thirteen-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X01401011. The project is described in the filing as: (please assign to dev hub) proposing new 13 story building with a total of 69 dwelling units. The applicant is the Registered Architect Nikolai Katz of Nikolai Katz Architect. Yanky Indig of Indigo Developers submitted the plans.
