Ilan Bracha pays $5.3M to Eric Chan for 7 condo units in Bedford-Stuyvesant

Ilan Bracha through the entity 335 Nostrand Avenue LLC paid Eric Chan’s Nostrand Homes LLC $5.3 million for seven condo units at 335 Nostrand Avenue, 337 Nostrand Avenue and 341 Nostrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on July 9, 2020, and was recorded on July 28, 2020. The transaction consists of 7 parcels, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC) and containing 7 residential units.

This is the bulk sale of seven condominium units. The contract was signed December 12, 2020.
