Idriz Haxhiaj through the entity Zabel LLC paid $2.9 million to the estate of Ralph Sassone through the entity 1706 Bronxdale Realty, Inc. for industrial (E1) at 1706 Bronxdale Avenue in Morris Park, Bronx.
The deal closed on May 13, 2021 and was recorded on May 28, 2021.
The property has 10,660 square feet of built space and 446 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 11,150 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $267 and the price per buildable square foot is $255 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for the estate of Ralph Sassone was Linda Carnevalla. The signatory for Idriz Haxhiaj was Idriz Haxhiaj.
