Icon Realty sells condo in Yorkville for $10.2M

The entity Beckford Square LLC paid $10.2 million to Icon Realty Management through the entity 301 East 80th Realty LLC for condo (SC) unit 8B at 301 East 80th Street in Yorkville, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 15, 2021 and was recorded on June 28, 2021.

The signatory for Icon Realty Management was Jane Rosenberg. The signatory for Beckford Square LLC was Matthew Satnick.

Within a 400-foot radius of 301 East 80th Street, PincusCo identified three commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
One of those three items was a sale which Boomerang Development Group bought the 8,084-square-foot, three-unit office building (O5) on 323 East 79th Street for $13.7 million from S3 Capital and Spruce Capital Partners on April 1, 2021.
Of those three items, two were loans above $5 million totaling $36.8 million. The most recent of the two was Boomerang Development Group which borrowed $26 million from S3 Capital secured by the 8,084-square-foot, three-unit office building (O5) on 323 East 79th Street on April 1, 2021.
