Hysen Mehmetaj through the entity 1515 Realty LLC paid Scott Morgan’s Morgan Group’s 1515 Grand Concourse LLC $13.8 million for 1515 Grand Concourse in Tremont. The deal closed on February 6, 2020, and was recorded on February 26, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof with stores (D7) and containing 75 residential units. The property is 73,692 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 142,563 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $183,440.
