HUBB NYC through the entity 102-104 Fulton St Retail LLC paid YL Real Estate’s Fulton Chambers Retail, LLC $10.2 million for 102 Fulton Street in Financial District. The deal closed on July 1, 2019, and was recorded on September 27, 2019. The transaction consists of 3 commercial condominiums.
