HUBB NYC borrows $26M from M&T Bank for commercial condos in Financial District

HUBB NYC through the entity 102-104 Fulton St Retail LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender M&T Bank through the entity Manufacturers And Traders Trust Company valued at $26.3 million for 6 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) and containing 8 residential units at 102 Fulton Street in the Financial District. The deal closed on July 1, 2019 and was recorded on September 27, 2019.
