Hotel des Artistes co-op sells for $13.6M

A combination of five apartments in the Hotel des Artistes at 1 West 67th Street in Lincoln Square, sold for $13.6 million. The deal closed on December 10, 2019 and was recorded on December 23, 2019.
The sale is for five apartments with two (901 and 905) on the 9th floor and three (1005, 1022 and 1026) on the 10th floor.
