Hines sells condo unit 55B for $11.6M at 53 West 53rd Street

The entity Irony 53 LLC paid Hines’s W2005/Hines West Fifty-Third Realty, LLC $11.6 million for condo unit 55B at 53 West 53rd Street in Plaza District. The deal closed on January 24, 2020, and was recorded on February 5, 2020.

The purchase went into contract on August 21, 2018.
